1. User Acknowledgment and Acceptance
The user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms and conditions governing the use of the Platform. The user's electronic acceptance shall be legally binding and shall have full legal effect.
2. Content Responsibility
The user acknowledges and agrees that all data, information, files, opinions, comments, posts, or any other content published, uploaded, shared, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform are solely the responsibility of the user. The user shall bear full legal, civil, regulatory, and criminal responsibility for such content, and the founders, owners, administrators, and operators of the Platform shall bear no liability whatsoever in relation thereto.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
The user releases and discharges the founders, owners, administrators, employees, and affiliates of the Platform from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the user's use of the Platform, violation of applicable laws, misuse of the services, or publication of unlawful or prohibited content.
4. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the founders, owners, administrators, employees, and affiliates of the Platform from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising out of or related to the user's actions, violations, misconduct, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the Platform.
5. Compliance with Laws
The user undertakes to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and governmental requirements in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and agrees not to use the Platform for any unlawful activity or any activity that violates public order, public morals, or the rights of others.
6. Administrative Rights
The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content, suspend or terminate any account or membership, and cooperate with competent authorities by providing information as required by applicable law whenever a violation or suspected violation is identified. Such actions shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the Platform toward the user.
7. No Warranty
The user acknowledges that the services provided through the Platform are offered on an "as available" basis. The Platform makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, uninterrupted operation, security, or error-free nature of the services, content, or actions of other users.
8. Assumption of Risk
The user acknowledges and agrees that their use of the Platform is entirely at their own risk and that they alone shall bear all legal, financial, technical, or other consequences arising from such use.
9. Waiver of Claims
The user agrees that they shall not bring any claim, action, or demand against the founders, owners, administrators, or operators of the Platform arising out of their use of the Platform or any interaction or transaction with another user, except to the extent that such rights cannot be waived under applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and judicial authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
